i found the staff friendly. the lush, tropical garden reminded me of a serene paradise. breakfast included a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. the location offered plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, including a mall with a larger supermarket.

i found a junior suite. it included a fridge, kettle, separate living room and two bathrooms. one bathroom even had a bath. the air conditioning worked very well. the location was useful with only eight minutes drive to the airport.
the pool area had loud music due to speakers. this made it quite noisy.

breakfast was delicious with a great variety of dishes to choose. the buffet had a great selection of food. staff replenished items as needed, so food was always available.

staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. they always kept everything clean and tidy. service was readily available poolside, including food and drinks who wanted to stay close to the water.

the staff were very helpful when i needed something i got a room upgrade that included a nice balcony. extending my room was simple and the staff helped me to find the cheapest options.
the breakfast buffet was geared toward indian cuisine so there were fewer options for other tastes

The hotel had a junior suite available (lucky me!), and it included a fridge, kettle. a separate living room. two bathrooms also came with it. One had a bath. air conditioning worked very well in the huge room. staff were always friendly.
loud music at the pool made the area a bit too noisy.
