Risata Bali Resort & Spa Kuta , Kuta (Bali)

My stay at the resort was a delightful escape in the heart of Kuta. The lush, tranquil ambiance made it feel like an oasis, yet it was conveniently close to shopping and entertainment. The staff provided top-notch service, and the spa was an incredible experience. However, I unfortunately faced some issues during check-in related to room security, and the dining options could use some improvement, especially at breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay at Risata Hotel, which is conveniently located not far from the airport and within walking distance to various shops and the beach. The rooms are a bit older but are still nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly throughout my visit. However, the breakfast spread didn't fully meet my expectations for Bali, and some areas of the pool deck were under maintenance. Overall, it offers decent value for the price, though there are certainly better options available.

I had a wonderful week stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the room was immaculate and well-serviced. The food was excellent, especially by the pool, which was clean and a great size. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is having someone at the pool bar to take orders directly, as it felt a bit inconvenient to walk to the lounge. Overall, it's a fantastic place close to the airport, shops, and the beach.

This hotel has a lot going for it with a nice property and a great location that's super convenient, especially with a minimart right across the street. The pool area and spa are lovely, but the dining options, especially for Indian food, leave a bit to be desired. Although the service was generally good, noise from other guests during my stay was a bit distracting. Overall, considering the price, it's a decent choice but not without its flaws.

However, there is a persistent issue with unpleasant drain smells in the bathrooms that detracts from the experience. While the hotel is well-kept and the grounds are immaculate, the persistent odor issue needs urgent attention from management.
